31/08/2010: "Nul ne sera soumis à la torture ni à des peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradantes" L'article 5 de la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme.
" en aucune circonstance exceptionnelle quelle qu'elle soit, que ce soit un état de guerre ou de menace de guerre, d'instabilité politique intérieure ou tout autre état d'exception pour justifier la torture», l'article 7 de la Convention contre la torture.
استقبال وفد النشطاء الحقويين بالسمارة الصحراء الغربية بعد مشاركته بالجامعة الصيفة بولاية بومرداس الجزائرية 29/08/2010
استقبلت مدينة السمارة / الصحراء الغربية وفد النشطاء الحقوقيين القادم من الجزائر بعد مشاركته في فعاليات الجامعة الصيفة المقامة بولاية بورداس من الثالث الى الثامن والعشرين من الشهر الجارين حيث قادت الوفد زيارات الى كل من العيون وبوجدور والداخلة بالصحراء الغربية قبل ان ينتهي به المطاف الى مدينة السمارة حيث تم استقباله من طرف فعاليات الانتفاضة والاطر والكوادر بالمدينة اضافة الى النشطاء الحقوقيين هناك، وفيما يلي تقرير مفصل عن هذه الزيارة وعن اللقاء التواصلي :
